The only piece that has never been changed. We simply love the gentle combination of eggs and truffle. Organic eggs and blanched cauliflower mixed up with our light sunroot mayo and truffle. On crispy toasted organic rye bread and topped with chives and cress.

Caramelised organic danish parsnips on top of a homemade vegan parsley mayo. Topped with pickled mustard seeds, cress and pepper. On crispy toasted organic rye bread.

Organic chicken and caramelized celery mingled up with our light potato mayonaise and savory chicken stock. On toasted rye bread and topped with lettuce mingled with anchovies and parmasan.

Homemade cream cheese

Organic creme cheese made from the savory Efterglød cheese from the cheesy champions at Arla Unika. Topped with home made tomata relish and parsley.

INGRID SPICE

Next level hummus

Organic Danish Ingrid peas and baked carrot mingled with vegetable stock, cold-pressed oil and cumin. On crispy toasted organic rye bread and topped with pickled carrot, chili sauce, and coriander.

TOPTUNET

HEALTHY yet TOTAL COMFORT

Tuna (MSC) mingled up with kephire and home made miso mayo and cabbage. On top of smashed avocados and topped with yuzu sesame and sea wheat. Who said healthy food is boring?
