Much as we love traditional smørrebrød, our raison d’être is to rethink it and bring it into the present. We aim to lead a green transformation of a dish that has historically been dominated by meat and fish. We still make our signature chicken salad – but perhaps not forever.

We believe that smørrebrød can be sustainable, beautiful, and full of flavor – without compromise.

Forget dull, pre-made display smørrebrød – we prepare each piece fresh on toasted rye bread.
