Vi laver alt fra bunden i eget køkken – vi rører, bager, sylter og samler uden kunstige tilsætninger, så smagene står rent og ærligt. Råvarerne udvælges med fokus på sæson og producenter fra Danmark og Nordeuropa, hvor grønt ofte får hovedrollen. Vores smørrebrød og Rørt Bites er nemme at servere i både små og store rammer – fra kirkerum og stuer til gårdhaver – og menuen rummer plantebaserede, fisk og klassiske varianter i god balance, med mulighed for tilpasning til allergier og særlige ønsker. I kan afhente i Torvehallerne eller på Frederiksberg, og levering i København og omegn kan aftales.

Rørt Bites – Small Mouthfuls for a Standing Reception

Want to keep it light and social after the ceremony? Choose “Rørt Bites”: miniature smørrebrød served in our homemade rugletter. Easy to enjoy standing up, they need fewer plates and let guests taste several combinations without getting too full.

Perfect for a reception at the church hall, at home or in the courtyard.
Available as a mix of plant-based, fish and meat – so both grandpa and little brother find a favourite.
We’ll advise on quantities based on timing and duration, so there’s enough without food waste.

Practicalities – Ordering, Delivery and Serving

Ordering: Tell us your date, approximate number of guests and setting (standing reception or seated lunch). We’ll quickly return with a tailored suggestion.
Pickup / Delivery: Pick up at Torvehallerne or Frederiksberg. Delivery in Copenhagen and surrounding areas can be arranged – we’ll find a plan that fits your schedule around the ceremony.
Serving: Food is delivered ready to serve. Use your own platters or borrow our simple, reusable trays – we’re happy to guide you on buffet presentation.
Allergies and preferences: Please share any allergies (nuts, gluten, lactose, etc.). We can prepare child-friendly versions, pork-free menus, fully plant-based options – or a thoughtful mix.
Green mindset: Vi prioriterer råvarer fra friland og samarbejder med mindre producenter. Vi arbejder desuden på endnu mere ansvarlig emballage og løsninger, der reducerer madspild.
