- Æg x trøffel: Organic eggs, blanched cauliflower and light Jerusalem artichoke mayo with truffle. Crisp rye base, topped with chives and cress – mild, creamy and festive.
- Hønsemor: 100% organic chicken salad with roasted celeriac and mushrooms. Crunchy bacon and fresh cress add comfort and depth.
- Rejemad: Shrimp: Hand-peeled Greenlandic shrimp in light potato mayo with cabbage and lovage. Finished with dill – a small taste of the sea in the city.

- We’ll advise on quantities based on timing and duration, so there’s enough without food waste.
Practicalities – Ordering, Delivery and Serving
- Ordering: Tell us your date, approximate number of guests and setting (standing reception or seated lunch). We’ll quickly return with a tailored suggestion.
- Pickup / Delivery: Pick up at Torvehallerne or Frederiksberg. Delivery in Copenhagen and surrounding areas can be arranged – we’ll find a plan that fits your schedule around the ceremony.
- Serving: Food is delivered ready to serve. Use your own platters or borrow our simple, reusable trays – we’re happy to guide you on buffet presentation.
- Allergies and preferences: Please share any allergies (nuts, gluten, lactose, etc.). We can prepare child-friendly versions, pork-free menus, fully plant-based options – or a thoughtful mix.
- Green mindset: We prioritise organic ingredients and work with small local producers. We’re also continuously improving our packaging and food-waste solutions.
