And if you’re not quite ready to go all-in on innovation, don’t worry – we still make our own organic chicken salad and a heavenly salmon rillette with hot-smoked salmon from our friends at Centralrøgeriet. And of course, we’ve got the shrimp too – always hand-peeled, as they should be.
