With us, you won’t find dusty displays with dull pieces of smørrebrød. We prepare every single bite fresh, served on crisp, freshly toasted rye bread.
We work with seasonal ingredients and give vegetables the leading role when creating new combinations. We strive for full organic produce and avoid processed ingredients. Yes, you’ll still recognize a few classics on the menu, but we love experimenting with new flavors and draw inspiration from kitchens around the world.
For us, smørrebrød is not about freezing tradition, but about giving it new life. We want to show that a classic Danish meal can be both green, organic and contemporary. Chicken salad is still on the menu – but the future points to greener alternatives.
