UPCYCLED MINI TARTLETS
RØRT BITES are miniature versions of our smorrebrod, served in homemade “rugletter” – mini tartlets made from the ends of rye bread. We soften the bread with organic melted butter and reshape it, creating an entirely new product while also reducing food waste.

As always at Rørt, we offer plenty of vegetable-based alternatives, but also a range of more classic options. And as always, we are committed to organic and seasonal ingredients.
WE MAKE IT EASY AND CONVENIENT
As a rule, we deliver microgreens, herbs, and crispy toppings separately for self-assembly, so everything is perfectly fresh when served.
Everything is delivered in presentable disposable packaging that can be placed directly on the tables. We also offer platter rental for serving.
