Fresh and organic smørrebrød in Frederiksberg – reimagined with green flavors

  • We’re committed to using pure, organic ingredients with no additives.
  • While we have our classics, we love creating new flavor combinations – and we’re not afraid to draw inspiration from all over the world.

While we have a deep love for traditional smørrebrød, our raison d’être is to rethink it – and reimagine it for a new era. We aim to lead a green transformation of a dish that has traditionally been dominated by meat and fish. We’re still making chicken salad – but maybe not forever.

A match in heaven

The only piece that has never been changed. We simply love the gentle combination of eggs and truffle. Organic eggs and blanched cauliflower mixed up with our light sunroot mayo and truffle. On crispy toasted organic rye bread and topped with chives and cress.

OUR TAKE ON A CLASSIC

Light, homemade organic chicken salad with roasted celery and mushrooms. Served on crispy toasted rye bread and topped with bacon and garden cress. 100% organic.

LOVAGE + SHRIMP = HEAVEN

Homemade shrimp salad with hand-peeled Greenlandic shrimp, light potato mayo, cabbage, and lovage. Served on crispy toasted rye bread and topped with fresh dill.

INGRID IN SUMMER

COARSE DANISH-STYLE HUMMUS

Crushed organic Danish Ingrid peas mixed with olive oil and topped with chimichurri and roasted spring onions. Served on freshly toasted organic rye bread.

LAKSILICIOUS

FLAVOUR BOMB

Rillette of hot-smoked salmon from Centralrøgeriet, topped with summer cabbage tossed in miso, ponzu, and sesame. Served on freshly toasted organic rye bread and finished with coriander.
