We offer smørrebrød on freshly toasted sourdough rye bread, baked daily in our own bakery — served either as classic pieces, as a buffet arranged on platters, or as Rørt Bites, our small mini smørrebrød that are perfect for meetings and receptions.

Vi arbejder med grønt i sæson, kød fra græsfodrede dyr og fisk fra små, certificerede kystfiskere, og vi tilbyder både vegetariske og plantebaserede muligheder samt hensyn til allergener efter aftale.

You can choose pickup in the city or delivery in Copenhagen by arrangement. Whether you need catering at short notice or a regular solution over several weeks, we’ll help tailor quantities, variety, and pricing to suit your needs.

Our kitchen works from a simple idea: honest enjoyment. That means ingredients we can stand by and preparation that highlights what already tastes good.

Kød: græsfodret og sporbarhed fra danske og nordeuropæiske gårde.
Fish & seafood: sourced from small, certified coastal fisheries committed to responsible practices.
Grønt: lokalt via samarbejde med udvalgte avlere.
Bread: our own sourdough rye, baked daily and toasted for a crisp edge.
No artificial additives – flavour comes from the ingredients themselves, along with pickling, fermentation and herbs.

We’re working towards CO₂-neutral packaging and continuously developing our solutions to reduce waste and make it easier to choose green – without the raised finger.
