We make our smørrebrød from scratch using organic ingredients whenever possible, with seasonal greens taking the lead. Rørt is based in Copenhagen and provides lunch catering by arrangement – for meetings, workshops, Friday celebrations, or any day you want to make the break a little more special.

Our menu changes with the seasons – always fresh, always in tune with nature. Here’s a taste of summer.

  • Æg x trøffel: Organic eggs and blanched cauliflower tossed in a light Jerusalem artichoke mayo with truffle. Served on crispy rye bread with chives and garden cress for freshness.
  • Hønsemor: Homemade organic chicken salad with roasted celeriac and mushrooms. Topped with crispy bacon and cress. 100% organic.
  • Rejemad: Hand-peeled Greenlandic shrimp in a light potato mayo with cabbage and lovage. Served on toasted rye bread and finished with fresh dill.
  • Ingrid in Summer: Mashed organic Danish Ingrid peas mixed with olive oil and topped with chimichurri of roasted spring onions. Served on freshly toasted rye bread.
  • Laksilicious: Rillette of hot-smoked salmon from Centralrøgeriet with summer cabbage tossed in miso, ponzu, and sesame. Finished with coriander for a fresh lift.
  • One Lucky Potato: New potatoes on plant-based chive mayo, topped with crispy onions and cress. 100% organic.

All pieces are designed so you can mix classics with small surprises – making it easy to please both the familiar and the curious taste around the table.

Looking for a reliable lunch setup for the office? We offer a company lunch plan with a weekly or monthly rhythm that changes with the seasons. The menu can be tailored to your number of servings, budget, and preferences – from fish and poultry to fully plant-based options.

  • Greens: local and organic, supplied through close partnerships with selected growers.
  • Bread: our own sourdough rye, baked daily and toasted for a crisp edge.
  • No artificial additives – flavour comes from the ingredients themselves, along with pickling, fermentation and herbs.

We’re working towards CO₂-neutral packaging and continuously developing our solutions to reduce waste and make it easier to choose green – without the raised finger.
