Build your confirmation menu from our current favourites. Here’s a selection that comes beautifully together around the table:

Æg x trøffel: Organic eggs and blanched cauliflower tossed in a light Jerusalem artichoke mayo with truffle. Served on crispy toasted organic rye bread and topped with chives and garden cress. Creamy, subtle – and festive all at once.

Hønsemor: 100% organic chicken salad mixed with roasted celeriac and mushrooms. Served on crispy toasted rye bread with bacon and garden cress. Familiar – yet with a subtle, roasted depth from the mushrooms.

Rejemad: Hand-peeled Greenlandic shrimp in a light potato mayo with cabbage and lovage. Served on crispy toasted rye bread and topped with fresh dill. Fresh, crisp – and made for a toast.

Ingrid in Summer: Mashed Danish organic Ingrid peas mixed with olive oil and topped with chimichurri of roasted spring onions. Served on freshly toasted organic rye bread. Green, rich – and entirely its own.

Laksilicious: Rillette of hot-smoked salmon from Centralrøgeriet. Topped with summer cabbage tossed in miso, ponzu and sesame – served on freshly toasted organic rye bread with coriander. Silky salmon meets umami and citrus.

One Lucky Potato: New potatoes on a plant-based chive mayo. Served on crispy toasted rye bread with roasted onions and garden cress. 100% organic – a sure summer favourite for everyone at the table.

Tip for composition: Choose 3–4 different varieties to balance greens, fish and a classic favourite. For a lunch, 3–4 pieces per person are usually just right; for a longer celebration, most go for 4–5.

Rørt Bites for a standing reception

If you’d like to mark the day with a more informal gathering, our “Rørt Bites” are ideal. They’re miniature versions of our smørrebrød, served in homemade rugletter – easy to enjoy standing up, without compromising on flavour.
